He graduated from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, as a six-time gold medallist in 2010, and from the University of Oxford with Distinction honours in 2011.
He is the author of the book Imperfect Recollections: The Indian Supreme Court on Trade Mark Law (Thomson Reuters, 2020, ISBN: 9389891450). His writing on intellectual property law has been published in several journals in India and Europe, and has been referenced by the Delhi High Court and the National Judicial Academy.
His litigation experience includes cases before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board.
He has taught intellectual property law at the National Law University, Delhi, and the National Law School of India University, Bangalore.
