About Legal Aid Committee of TNNLU

          The Legal Aid Committee at TNNLU was formed in the year 2014. The objective of this committee is to create legal awareness among the general public while facilitating the interaction of students with the community. The aim of the Legal Aid Committee in TNNLU is to create awareness and educate the different sections of society about the various legislation, policies, rules, and regulations that are created for their benefit and upliftment. The committee to achieve its aims and objectives undertakes various initiatives and Legal Awareness Campaigns in nearby villages, schools, and colleges. The Legal Aid Committee of TNNLU runs the TNNLU Legal Aid Clinic constituted under the aegis of the Legal Service Authority Act, 1987. Currently, the Committee is headed by two faculties of TNNLU.
