Ms.Golda Sahoo,working as an Assistant Professor of Law,Tamil Nadu National Law University Trichy since 10 years.She has completed her both UG and PG in Sambalpur University Odisha.In her more than  a decade teaching experience, she served many reputed Law Schools such as, Christ University Bangalore and KIIT University Bhubaneswar. Her  area of interest is Criminal Law and Victimology. She has taught various subjects in that area such as,Criminal Procedure Code,IPC,Criminology Penology Victimology,Socio-Economic Offences. She has published number of research papers including UGC CARE listed Journals, contributed book chapters (international & national publishers) and presented papers in various national and international conferences. She is the Coordinator for Centre of Study on Victimology and started a Minor Project on “Victim Compensation Schemes For Women Victims Of Sexual Abuse Under District Legal Service Authority, Tiruchirapalli ,TNNLU,Trichy”.Apart from her teaching and research activities, she was in charge of various administrative responsibilities of the University such as Dean of UG Academics, Covenor of Mentorship Committee, Chairperson of ICC and members of various committees.Currently she is pursuing her Ph.D. in the area of Victimology under TNDALU,Chennai.
