BIOGRAPHY:

           Dr. S. Subba Rao has got his Master’s Degree in Political Science from Nagarjuna University, A.P. and was awarded Doctorate Degree in Political Science by Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, A.P.  The topic of his Ph.D. thesis is “United Nations Peace Keeping Operations - A Study”. He also has got his Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Masters Degree in English from Andhra University. He worked for more than Seventeen Years as Lecturer in Political Science in Sir C.R.R. Law College, A.P., and for Seven Years as Faculty member in the Department of Political Science in Andhra University Campus, Vizianagaram, A.P. From there he moved and joined in School of Law, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam as Assistant Professor of Political Science and after serving the institution for a brief period of Ten Months joined the Tamil Nadu National Law School in August 2013 as Assistant Professor of Political Science and has been serving the institution since then. During his Thirty-Five Years of teaching career he has participated in several National and International Conferences/Seminars/Workshops and Presented Papers, Co-Authored a Book and have got published on his name several Chapters in different Books and Articles in Journals of National and International repute. He also has acted as Course writer to M.A. Political Science, School of Distance Education, Andhra University and to M.A. Political Science, School of Distance Education, Acharya Nagarjuna University, A.P., and wrote a number of lessons in different Papers of Political Science such as Theory of International Relations, India’s Foreign Policy, Indian Political Thought and Western Political Thought. His areas of Interest are International Relations and India’s Foreign Policy.
