TNNLU student emerged as the Best Orator in preliminary rounds in the 8th GNLU Moot Court Competition.

Greetings from the Moot Court Committee! 

We are thrilled to share another remarkable achievement for TNNLU. The team comprising Krishna M., Navin Balaji Annamalai, and Nishitha Jha participated in the prestigious 8th GNLU Moot on Securities and Investment Law, held from October 3 to October 6, 2024. Among their commendable performances, Navin Balaji Annamalai was adjudged the Best Orator in the Preliminary Rounds, a title that earned him a Merit Certificate, a trophy, and a cash prize. 

The 8th GNLU Moot on Securities and Investment Law has consistently been a platform where students delve into intricate issues surrounding securities regulation and investment laws.

The competition witnessed participation from 34 teams representing esteemed universities across the country, each showcasing their legal acumen and advocacy skills. Navin’s achievement in a field as challenging as securities and investment law highlights his exceptional articulation, analytical ability, and depth of understanding of the subject. 

We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Navin for his outstanding individual achievement and to Krishna and Nishitha for their commendable teamwork. Their participation and recognition at such a prestigious event have added yet another feather to TNNLU’s cap. We look forward to celebrating even greater accomplishments in the future!
