Ms. Malini E is an Assistant Professor of Law at TNNLU since December 2019. Her primary areas of research include Corporate Laws, Commercial Laws, International Trade Law, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
Before joining TNNLU, Ms. Malini was engaged as a Junior Associate in a Chennai-based Law firm for two years. Her areas of practice included Original, Appellate, and Writ jurisdictions and Commercial Division of High Court of Judicature at Madras. Further, she has extensive experience in Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws and Company Law matters and has regularly appeared before the National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai Bench. She has advised various Corporate Houses which include Companies, Banks, and Non-Banking Financial Institutions in addition to individual clients. She also has ample experience in arbitration proceedings pertaining to Corporate and Commercial disputes, Domain name disputes, and Financial disputes.
