The Resource Person of the hour Dr. Ashok P. Wadje, Associate Professor of  Law, MNLU-Aurangabad has provided informative insights on the topic of 'EVOLUTION OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGY AND CYBER LAW IN INDIA SINCE INDEPENDENCE: ANALYSIS OF PRIVACY & SECURITY CONCERNS'. Dr. Wadje has well explained on the various ranges of  evolution of cyber law and digital technology in particular since independence. Furthermore, significant points of legal recognition of the Information communication Technology (ICT) were elaborated through incredible minute key elements of cyber law. Interesting and contemporary examples on privacy concerns, development of technology in different arena like Artificial Intelligence (AI), Blockchain technology in India, legal stand of intermediaries were given during the lecture.
